Stuart Hanbury

Stuart joined Vision Capital in 2010 and is General Counsel. He is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and equity restructurings. He is also responsible for ensuring the firm's compliance with SEC and FCA regulations.

Stuart was at Baugur Group before joining Vision Capital. He trained with Allen and Overy LLP, and qualified into the Corporate department. Stuart is a graduate of Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford. He is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
